Dominik Kozlowski

He is a specialist in unconventional ideas, which, as you know, we have no shortage of. Although he has no directional education, he was passionate about creating soaps, creams and shampoos at home. And this passion he decided to transfer to the professional field. Admittedly, as an economist by training, he applied for an office job, but preferred to work in production to have contact with the product. Even before his first day on the job, Karolina discovered potential in him, and Dominik ended up in the lab instead of the office. And, as always, Karolina’s premonitions turned out to be a shot in the arm! During the day he inquired of colleagues, and at night he read about raw materials, gaining a great deal of both theoretical and practical knowledge. This determination and desire to grow made him stay with us. He is involved in making samples, creating cosmetics and documentation.

He often comes to the office with something he has just created – a new fragrance, a texture. He asks for feedback, tweaks, and comes back with another version of the product until it’s not perfect! It’s definitely a passion, because he creates for us what we currently need – the ingredients, their purpose and how to combine them are no secrets to him.
