REGULATIONS OF THE PROMOTIONAL ACTION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

“You will be pleased… doubly so!”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

General Provisions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

  1. The organizer of the promotional action “You will be satisfied… doubly!” is the company LATECH Sp\u00f3\u0142ka z o.o. based in Suchy Las (62-002), Klonowa 2 Street, NIP: 9721331275, REGON: 523121457, KRS: 0000992181, the owner of the LaQ brand and the online store at www.laq.pl (hereinafter “Organizer”).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. The promotion consists of a 50%<\/strong> discount on a second, cheaper face serum<\/strong> when purchasing any two serums included in the promotion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. The action is carried out on the territory of the Republic of Poland in the online store laq.pl<\/a>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. The promotion is valid from 16:00 on 15.03.2026 and will last until 15.04.2026 at 23:59 or until stocks last. The date of placing an order in the online store www.laq.pl<\/a> is decisive. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Participants in the promotional action may be natural persons with full legal capacity, making a purchase not directly related to business. We issue a receipt for purchases. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    Promotional Action Rules:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

    1. The promotional action applies to goods available during the promotional action period in the online store www.laq.pl<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Promotion mechanism: Buy 1 of any serum and get a second one (cheaper or at the same price) 50% off.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. All face serums available in the “Serums” category on laq.co.uk participate in the promotion (unless otherwise noted on the product card).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. The discount is automatically calculated in the shopping cart after adding two products included in the promotion. It is not required to enter the discount code. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. When purchasing multiples of two products (e.g. 4, 6, etc.), a 50% discount will be applied to each second, cheaper product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. The promotional action cannot be combined with other promotional actions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. The promotion does not apply to gift sets that already contain the serum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    8. Orders will be processed in the order in which they are accepted into the system and payment for the order is confirmed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    9. In case of shortage or exhaustion of the assortment order, the owner of the store www.laq.pl<\/a> will contact the selected persons to arrange a possible refund or wait for the order until a new batch of the missing product is produced or an exchange for another one.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

      Complaints and Returns:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

      1. All complaints regarding the conduct of the Promotion and the products can be submitted in writing to the Organizer’s registered office address or electronically to: sklep@laq.pl.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. The organizer will respond to the complaint within 14 days from the date of receipt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. In case of withdrawal from the contract and return of only one of the two products purchased under the promotion, the amount actually paid for the product (taking into account the discount given proportionally or settled according to the regular price of the remaining product) shall be refunded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. If the customer returns a product that he purchased at full price, and keeps a product purchased at 50% of the price, the price of the retained product is recalculated to the regular price on the day of purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

        Final Provisions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

        1. These Regulations will be available at the Organizer’s headquarters, on the website www.laq.pl and on the Organizer’s Facebook and Instagram profiles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the general Regulations of the laq.pl Store shall apply.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. The organizer reserves the right to terminate the promotion ahead of schedule in the event that product stocks are exhausted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. In all matters not regulated by these Regulations, the relevant provisions of generally applicable law shall apply.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
