\u00a7 1. Definitions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

    \n
  1. Exhibitor – LATECH Sp\u00f3\u0142ka z o.o., based in Suchy Las (62-002), 2 Klonowa Street, NIP: 9721331275, REGON: 523121457, KRS: 0000992181.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Online store – an online store operated by the Exhibitor and available at: laq.pl.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Gift Voucher – a gift voucher (represented by an alphanumeric code) issued in physical\/paper form or online, entitling the User to purchase on its basis any Goods offered in the Online Store, up to a maximum amount corresponding to the nominal value of the voucher,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Purchaser – a person purchasing a Gift Voucher through the Online Store,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. User – the Purchaser or any holder of a Gift Voucher, making a transaction in the Online Store using a Gift Voucher,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Goods – a product presented by the Exhibitor through the Online Store, which may be the subject of a Transaction concluded with the Purchaser,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Issuance – the initial marketing of the Gift Voucher by the Exhibitor, through purchase by the Purchaser,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Transaction – a contract of sale concluded at a distance between the User and the Exhibitor,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Terms and Conditions – these terms and conditions of Gift Vouchers at laq.pl online store<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Terms and Conditions of the Online Store – the rules and regulations of the Online Store governing the manner of concluding Transactions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    \u00a7 2. General conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

      \n
    1. These Regulations set forth the terms and conditions for the acquisition and use of Gift Vouchers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. A gift voucher, as defined by applicable laws, is not an electronic payment instrument and electronic payment card. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. The Gift Voucher issued is a multi-purpose voucher within the meaning of the Value Added Tax Act of March 11, 2004, and therefore the Issuance of Gift Cards does not constitute a Transaction subject to VAT within the meaning of the applicable tax regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. The Publisher, in exchange for the funds received from the Purchaser, agrees to provide the Purchaser with the Gift Voucher and to accept the Gift Voucher as consideration for all or part of the purchases of Goods made in the Online Store.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. With the Gift Voucher, the User may make Transactions in the Online Store by purchasing any Goods available in the Online Store or in the stationary store in Suchy Las, 2 Klonowa Street by purchasing goods available in the stationary store. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. The Gift Voucher may not be exchanged for funds (cash) in whole or in part. This also applies if the available funds have not been used within the validity period of the Gift Voucher. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. The Issuer issues Gift Vouchers to bearer and therefore does not assume any responsibility for the use of the Gift Voucher by third parties, as well as for loss or damage to the Gift Voucher due to a cause beyond the Issuer’s control, and arising after their transfer to the Purchaser.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    8. The Gift Voucher is valid and active for a period of 6 months (understood for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions as 183 calendar days) from the date of purchase. After the expiration of the aforementioned period, the Gift Voucher shall lose its validity and it will no longer be possible to make Transactions using it. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    9. Activation of the Gift Voucher takes place up to 2 business days after its purchase by the Purchaser. From the moment the Gift Voucher is activated, the Purchaser can make Transactions using the Gift Voucher. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

      \u00a7 3. Rules for acquiring a Gift Voucher<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

        \n
      1. The gift voucher is available through the Online Store or the Stationary Store in Suchy Las.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. In order to purchase a Gift Voucher, the Purchaser will be required to add the Gift Voucher of his\/her choice to the shopping cart in the Online Store, select the method of delivery and make payment in the manner specified in the Terms and Conditions of the Online Store.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. The purchaser can choose the value of the Gift Voucher from among the available denominations:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

        a) PLN 50.00;<\/p>\n\n

        (b) PLN 100.00;<\/p>\n\n

        (c) PLN 150.00.<\/p>\n\n

        (4) Payment for a Gift Voucher may be made in any form available in the Online Store.<\/p>\n\n

        (5) Once the payment for the Gift Voucher including delivery costs has been credited, the Exhibitor will send the Gift Voucher to the home address and in the manner specified by the Purchaser.<\/p>\n\n

        (6) The Issuer shall deliver the Gift Voucher, by the delivery method selected by the Purchaser, which is available in the Online Store, in a manner that secures access to the Gift Voucher by unauthorized persons.<\/p>\n\n

        7 The gift voucher will be delivered to the address specified by the Purchaser.<\/p>\n\n

        (8) The Issuer shall issue Gift Vouchers in physical form, i.e., a printed voucher with an alphanumeric code on it, entitling to use the funds recorded on the Gift Voucher, or in online form, a file with an alphanumeric code on it, entitling to use the funds recorded on the Gift Voucher, sent to the e-mail address indicated by the purchaser. <\/p>\n\n

        \u00a7 4 Rules of use of the Gift Voucher <\/strong><\/p>\n\n

          \n
        1. Redemption of a Gift Voucher involves the purchase of Goods offered at the Exhibitor’s online or stationary Store and payment of the purchase price for the Goods using the funds recorded on the Gift Voucher.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. The buyer in order to make a Transaction does not have to be a registered user of the Online Store. The manner of making Transactions in the Online Store is specified in the Regulations of the Online Store. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. A Gift Voucher can be redeemed in only one Transaction, which will be made within the validity period of the Gift Voucher.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. In order to pay for the purchased Goods with the Gift Voucher, the Customer will be required to select the Gift Voucher as a form of payment in the Online Store. After making the above selection, the Customer will be required to enter the unique numerical code, located on the Gift Voucher, in the window for entering discount codes. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        5. In order to take advantage of the possibility of paying for the Transaction with a Gift Voucher, the User will be required to place an order whose value exceeds the value of the Gift Voucher by at least PLN 1.00.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        6. When making a Transaction using a Gift Voucher, the User will be required to pay an additional amount representing the difference between the value of the Gift Voucher and the price of the Goods to be purchased via one of the payment methods provided.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        7. A user can use only one Gift Voucher to pay for one order placed in the Online Store. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        8. The issuer is entitled to refuse to redeem a gift voucher in a situation where:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

          (a) The expiration date of the Gift Voucher has expired,<\/p>\n\n

          (b) The User’s actions violate the Terms and Conditions or if the User has taken any action to bypass the Publisher’s security measures or by falsifying data,<\/p>\n\n

          (c) The gift voucher has already been used.<\/p>\n\n

          (10) In order to use the Gift Voucher during the execution of a Transaction in the Online Store, the User will be required to enter in the Shopping Cart in the field: “CUPON CODE” <\/strong>the numerical code written on the Gift Card and click “USE CUPON<\/strong>“.(11) After performing the actions described in \u00a7 4.10 of the Regulations, the value of the price to be paid will be reduced by the value of the Gift Card. <\/p>\n\n

          \u00a7 5. Complaints<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

            \n
          1. Complaints related to the sale of Gift Vouchers should be submitted directly to the Exhibitor by sending an email to: sklep@laq.pl<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. Any complaints regarding the purchase and use of Gift Vouchers will be considered by the Exhibitor within 14 days from the date of complaint.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          3. The User may contact the Exhibitor regarding the services provided hereunder as follows:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

            a) by mail to the address: Latech Sp. z o.o. 2 Klonowa St., 62-002 Suchy Las, <\/p>\n\n

            b) electronically to the e-mail address: sklep@laq.pl<\/p>\n\n

            (4) The user may file a complaint if the services specified in the Regulations are not provided or are provided, but not in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations.<\/p>\n\n

            (5) Complaints regarding Goods purchased using a Gift Voucher shall be submitted in the manner specified in the Terms and Conditions of the Online Store.<\/p>\n\n

            \u00a7 6. Withdrawal from the contract<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

              \n
            1. The purchaser, has the right to withdraw from the gift voucher purchase agreement and may return it within 14 days of receiving the gift voucher.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            2. The form of submission of the statement of withdrawal from the gift voucher purchase contract is specified in the Regulations of the Online Store. Upon receipt of the Purchaser’s statement of withdrawal from the gift voucher purchase contract and return of the gift voucher, the Issuer shall verify whether the gift voucher that the Purchaser wishes to return is active, i.e. whether it has not already been used during the Online Store Transaction. \n
                \n
              1. After the positive verification referred to in \u00a7 6. paragraph 2 of the Terms and Conditions, the Exhibitor shall return to the Purchaser the value of the gift voucher plus delivery costs to the designated bank account from which the payment for the voucher was made or otherwise as requested by the Purchaser, and the gift voucher shall be deactivated. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              2. If you exercise your right to return Goods purchased with a gift voucher, the value of the returned Goods will be refunded by issuing a new gift voucher.\n
                  \n
                1. The value of the new gift voucher will be the same as the value of the original gift voucher. On the other hand, the remaining value of the returned Merchandise will be sent to the bank account from which the payment for the Merchandise was made or by other means as requested by the User. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

                  \u00a7 7. Final provisions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

                  1. The content of these Regulations is available at: laq.pl<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  2. At the express request of the User, the Exhibitor may send the Terms and Conditions to the User in the form of an e-mail, to the e-mail address indicated by the User.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  3. The Purchaser by making a purchase and the User by using the gift voucher declare that they have read the Terms and Conditions and accept their content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  4. The Exhibitor reserves the right to change the content of the Regulations, if the necessity to make changes results from factors beyond the Exhibitor’s control. The Exhibitor shall inform about the change of the Regulations by posting the changed Regulations on the website: laq.pl together with information as to when the changed Regulations are effective. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  5. If the Regulations are amended, the previously effective content of the Regulations will apply to gift vouchers issued before the effective date of the amended Regulations. The amended Regulations will apply only to gift vouchers issued after the effective date of the amended Regulations. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  6. In all matters not covered by these Regulations, the relevant provisions of the generally applicable law and the Regulations of the Online Store shall apply.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  7. In case of conflict between these Regulations and the Regulations of the Online Store, the provisions of these Regulations shall apply.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  8. This content of the Terms and Conditions is effective as of 11:00 a.m. on April 22, 2025.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
