Returns and complaints procedure

We know that sometimes you won’t make the right purchase. Because you certainly don’t want to return such a wonderful product as our cosmetics. However, if you decide to do so, you can take advantage of the free returns option.

As Poznań residents, we should not do this – it goes against our values. However, so few of you decide to return your items that we take it on the chest. And we give you extra time for this – you can withdraw from the transaction within 30 days of receiving the order. Just remember that the product cannot be opened and used.

Because we are ECO friendly, fill out the complaint form online. Be sure to do this, because it will significantly speed up the implementation.
